As a service provider, you need a way to manage all of the concurrent jobs in your warehouse and have quick access to the status of each one. Our process captures all information necessary to manage your production schedule and keep things running smoothly. This information will be linked to all assets associated with each job.

Prior to the goods hitting your inventory, a Job Record is created which consists of the following information
• Supply Customer and / or Lease Info
• Job / Lease Specific Reference Info
• Pickup Location Details
• Trucking Info
• Details of expected equipment

A Receipt number is assigned to the pending delivery or pickup which will then be used to track assets throughout their lifetime in the system and relate them back to the information above. This information gets linked to every asset that gets entered into the system.
